Norton Internet Security V 22.5.0.124 just installed on my computer, and Firefox add-on manager says it is incompatible with Firefox V 39. Will you be correcting this in Firefox? If so, when.

If you do indeed have the Norton toolbar 22.5.0.124 update for Firefox 39.0 then make sure the extension is enabled in addons manager.

What version(s) is/are the Norton extensions? You can view them on the Add-ons page. Either:

  • Ctrl+Shift+a
  • "3-bar" menu button (or Tools menu) > Add-ons

In the left column, click Extensions. Then on the right side, scroll down, as the disabled extensions cluster at the bottom.

By the way, you may want to run the Norton/Symantec Live Update program a few times to make sure you have all the latest components. Any antivirus installer is out of date moments after release.
