Sending a message by iPhone I get blocked server "smtp.g-mail.com", and my wife cannot send one to me by computer.
I can send and receive emails from my computer. I cannot send messages from iPhone - I get server "smtp.g-mail.com" blocked. Also, my wife, using her computer, cannot send messages to my computer.

On your phone:
It's weird that there's a dash in that address. I think it should be:
Do you recall how that email account was set up??
On your wife's computer:
Is there an error message or rejection of the message she is sending to you?
If her mail server says the message was sent to you, maybe there's a problem on your end with receiving it.

I fixed the problem with the iPhone. I got a message on my phone telling me my password had been changed, and gave me a place to change it. I put in my new password, and everything started to work. Thanks for your questions and efforts to solve my problem. My wife's emails, I could care less about them. I was only using her to test things.
Happy to hear you fixed your issue but FYI, Thunderbird does not run on iPhones so Thunderbird is never going to be the issue with your phone.
I don't understand your answer. I can send & receive Thunderbird emails on my IPhone once I upgraded the password.
There is no such thing as Thunderbird emails so that does not happen. Thunderbird is email client software that runs on Windows, MAC and Linux. It does not run on iPhones, iPads, Android phones or tablets.
You might send email from your phone through your email account with your email provider and view them on Thunderbird running on your computer but Thunderbird played no part in the operation on your phone.
You can Google email provider vs email client if you still do not understand.
