I have signed into Firefox under two different email addresses and would like those profiles to remain separate (bookmarks, history, themes, etc). Currently Firefox Sync is sharing information between accounts. Email address #1 has the same bookmarks as email address #2. When I add a bookmark to the browser signed in as email address #1, it adds it as well to the browser signed in as email address #2.

You can only keep this data separate if you use two separate profiles and connect each profile to its own Sync account. If you use the same profile then all data is merged to both Sync accounts.
