FF latest version now has a "FIXED" vertical window size > about 1 1/2 inches. It will not allow vertical window size adjustment. Horizontal > no problem. The full size button, upper right corner, makes the browser window jump to the right > right edge of browser is off my monitor and the same vertical height is all I get.

This happened

Every time Firefox opened

== Yesterday while viewing Facebook > just jumped to this size.
