Facebook Icons do not show up in many places, for example, in the left column on my news feed page...or when viewing photos icons are missing and I must guess where to click to close, or "next".

The little icons that show in the Facebook menu bar at the top, do not show. Also, icons beside words on the left and right columns do not show, nor do they show when viewing photos on facebook. I must guess at where to click to close, or go to "next".

See:

  • You can see the permissions for the domain in the current tab in Tools > Page Info > Permissions
  • You can check the exceptions in Tools > Options > Content: Load Images > Exceptions
  • You can check the Tools > Page Info > Media tab for blocked images (scroll through all the images)

There are also extensions (Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) that can block images.

Thank you cor-el! I went through the steps you suggested, and step 4 solved it! (Tools > Page Info > Media Tab > Block Images....I unchecked it). Now I can see all those missing icons and don't have to "feel around in the dark"! Thanks so very much!!!!
