Hi Firefox-Team,

I am writing a sidescroller game with Visual Studio Code using javascript canvas. The source for the "player" is a .webm video file with transparencies. The video is 13 seconds long, i want the video at the start to play the first 10 seconds and then loop from second 3 to 10 indefinately (until key is presst but this does not matter here) the issue is as follows and it seems to be a Firefox issue:

The Video plays to the 10 seconds and jumps back to second 3 and loops BUT each time the loops starts over there is a flickering / empty frames before the loop starts. This does not happen in edge or chrome.

any suggestions? or research on this topic? any plans on fixing this or can I open a ticket?

I am looking forward to your reply. regards Konrad Mostert
