You need to provide the URL and screenshot of the issue and also verify that Firefox Private Mode browsing that it's not a Addon issue as well. Lack of information as Screenshot and URL to which no one is going to know what to expect or see what is happening.

Could be a problem with your McAfee security software.

Boot the computer in Windows Safe Mode with network support to see if that has effect.

Start Firefox in Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the extensions ("3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Extensions) or if hardware acceleration or if userChrome.css/userContent.css is causing the problem.
