Using Firefox only: I can't get any pinterest pictures (sometimes I get 4) I have cleared cookies and history several time.

using Firefox, open pinterest and get nothing. Once in a while I get 4 images. I have deleted cookies, deleted history, completely closed Mozilla and reopened with no success. I have added pinterest as a safe pop-up. I prefer using foxfire but chrome is taking all my pinterest work, and I would hate to change browsers. I am working on a Macbookpro.

Is the problem when you visit Pinterest logged out (for example, you can test this in a new private window), or only logged in, or both?

In case one of your extensions is involved, could you test the page in Firefox's Safe Mode? That's a standard diagnostic tool to deactivate extensions and some advanced features of Firefox. More info: Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode.

You can restart Firefox in Safe Mode using either:

  • "3-bar" menu button > "?" button > Restart with Add-ons Disabled
  • Help menu > Restart with Add-ons Disabled

Not all add-ons are disabled: Flash and other plugins still run

After Firefox shuts down, a small dialog should appear. Click "Start in Safe Mode" (not Reset).

Any difference?
