How to redirect user after 60 seconds of inactivity? (i.e. to our company's webiste's homepage using a plug-in/add-on on our kiosk)

more options

At my company we just deployed a HP thin client (t5335z) in kiosk mode. This only gives the visitor the option to browse our website (or any we would choose). It is using Firefox and not 100% sure if it is the full version or an Android version (it is using Firefox 15 Linux). It displays our company's website fine, but if a user browses to one of our other pages, it remains on that page.

We would like for it to redirect to our company's home page after a certain amount of time (i.e. 5 min.). I have found that there is a JavaScript that can be added to our website, but our web developer does not want to add this, because it would affect all of our visitors of the site. Is there an add-on/plug-in that can do this? If so, it would only affect the thin clients that we added this feature to. Thanks everyone!

I don't know of an add-on for this specifically. You can use either Scriptish or Greasemonkey (but not both at the same time) to inject Javascript into the page.
