Hi,

There are Certificate preferences in Options> Advanced, I recommend exploring these options and testing a few self-assigned certificates.

Currently I do not think there is a way to disable exceptions from the browser. This would have to be managed from the Network Administrator.

A possibility could be to open this page in an (i)frame.
In such a case Firefox won't offer to add an exception as this can be unsafe.
