Is it possible to change how the scroll zoom (ctrl + scroll wheel) works? I really would like to change it from 10% per scroll to 1% as I need a finer scroll percentage and this would make many things a lot easier.

PS I don't care about "ctrl + */-" as I would need to add every single pssible value from 50%-250%.
