boxes Poping up
I Have boxes that keep Popping up on the screen for no reason and I don't want them to pop up , every time I click on something a box pops up and I have go to the top and click some where to get it go away but if I click on something else they come back, How do I stop This .

That isn't a Firefox browser issue since it doesn't send popups to the user. And most likely coming from the site your using.
What kind of request/information is in the boxes?
Please be careful in clicking anything that Firefox shows is connected to the toolbar. It could grant the site permission to do things you don't actually want it to do. You can try tapping the Esc key to dismiss those kinds of popups.
