submitting a form submits all forms on a page
submitting a form on a page that has multiple forms submits *all* forms on that page.
sample html below.
you'll notice four different forms with different action urls. hitting submit on one of them seems to trigger all of them being submitted. so editing a post is also deleting it! this is happening in firefox 3.6.3 on mac for me, and also reproduces on 3.0.1 on windows (haven't tried other versions)

just wanted to clarify: reproduces on: firefox 3.6.3 on mac fireffox 3.0.1 on mac (not windows)
i just tried in 3.6.3 on windows and the problem isn't there. so seems to be a (very scary) firefox / mac issue
