Is there a way to change font colors and add/remove bold in the signature field?

I tried adding html tags as in Thunderbird desktop but it didn't have any effect.

I've recently switched from K9 to Thunderbird. Never had any issues with K9, just liked that Thunderbird was basically the same but without the dated look.

Thunderbird however does not send any push notifications.

What I've done this far: -Re-install Thunderbird -Check if Thunderbird has notification permissions (it does) -Exclude Thunderbird from any and all power management

However, I still have not received a single push notification this far.

Does anyone know a workaround for this? Or is this maybe some kind of bug?

I'm using a Nokia G42 5G with stock Android 14.

Hi, i want to export my openPGP key from Android openKeychain to Desktop Thunderbird via the Autocrypt setup message. But the autocrypt file isn't recognized when i click on it on Thunderbird Desktop. I can just download it. How do i open it so that i can write the passphrase and import my openPGP key? Thanks.

I'm used to file the e-mais into folders for easier reference. How can I create, or even better, import the desktop Thunderbird folders. I'm using pop, not IMAP,.and leave copies on the server.

Thunderbird do not receive any email unless you open the app. I gave any kind of permission, enabled notification for this app but emails are never cheched and no notifiacton is showed.

When I delete a message on Thunderbird Mobile, it still shows on my desktop (does not sync). Please advise the process where the messages in the mobile app is consistent with desktop. Thanks!

Bonjour Impossible d'installer ma boîte "yahoo". La synchronisation via le QRCode à bien fonctionné pour toutes mes boîtes sauf celle-ci. Remis les paramètres en manuel en vain. Comment régler ce problème ? Merci. Autre question. Est-ce synchronisé avec les boîtes mails que j'ai sur mon ordi de bureau ? Hello. I would really like to combine all my emails into thunderbird. With Google and Yahoo! there were no problems. But when I started to connect my mail accounts kakao.com, protonmail and abv.bg, the system started to give an error! Tell me how I can connect other mails, besides Google and Yahoo? It would be best to send me instructions to my mail lady0panda@google.com. Thank you.

In attempting to compose an email, TB does not recognize any contacts when I start typing the he first few letters of their email address nor when I try typing their name as it appears in phone contacts. First installed TB on to his new phone just a couple days ago, and my recollection is it was working fine. But then I went ahead with the Android 14 update, and after that is when TB seemingly forgot all contacts/email addresses. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling TB, but that made no difference.

Can you create rules or filters in Thunderbird Android to directly delete certain emails such as spam? With a specific email address or move them to a specific folder?

Hey, I really enjoy your effort for bringing thunderbird to mobile devices, however one thing that I realized since K-9 is that when composing messages HTML is not supported unfortunately..

Also I would like to be possible to add my signature that has HTML in it also, however it does not render as an HTML String but renders as a normal text :/

I believe that this for companies is very important!

Thunderbird android fails to login to outlook account with automatic configuration, which also seems to be the Microsoft recommended. On android 13.

Steps: Add account > enter your_mail@outlook.com > automatic configuration > [Accept] in the webview of microsoft asking to authorise TB

Message popup: Checking incoming server settings failed Server error Server returned the following message: User is authenticated but not connected.

Just added Thunderbird for Android and imported my email addresses.

I am not seeing any messages in the unified inbox and only see that folder and the outbox folder. I have 4 different gmail accounts and 1 yahoo account where I have no issues on the desktop side. Android is 14, running on unlocked Motorola Edge+ 2023 and T-Mobile network.

Please let me know if there is anything additional I can supply to resolve this.

My alumni email account is hosted on Microsoft 360. My email address is xxx@alumni.caltech.edu, but the actual login user name is xxx@alumni.caltech.onmicrosoft.com. When I try to log in with Thunderbird for Android the user name is automatically set to my email address rather than the username specified in the incoming server settings. This field cannot be changed and it prevents me from logging in. Please help, and thank you for all of your fine work.

I can't find clear information about syncing my Hotmail email account contacts to my Pixel 7a Android phone using Thunderbird email client for Android.

Is that possible? If not, will it be coming?
