Hi.

Since the latest Firefox update (57.0 64 Bit), I have problems watching videos on YouTube. It started with green screens and large pixels (something like mentioned in this post: https://www.streamio.com/streaming/support/i-have-trouble-with-flash-video-green-screen-andor-gibberish), and now, YouTube does not play videos at all - I get a message: "An error occurred, please try again later..." After a lot of reading on the internet about this issue, I gave up, and decided to refer to you.

YouTube videos do work in Edge browser and do work excellent in Firefox in safe mode. They work as well in another computer with the latest Firefox version under my "Firefox sync account" (to the browser).

I tried to disable all Firefox plugins. I tried to refresh Firefox. I tried to reinstall Firefox from zero (After deleting all related folders and registry keys), and even tried to play videos before I logged in to Firefox sync account (just to make sure).

I'm at a loss. Please help. Thanks in advance.

When something works properly only is safe mode it usually means that you have issues with Extension so would need to disable them all and restart Firefox and turn on 1 at a time , restarting each time till discover which Extension. Or it means that there is a issue with your Profile. Create a new Profile to test : https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/profile-manager-create-and-remove-firefox-profiles

Update your Video Card Drivers.

Please let us know if this solved your issue or if need further assistance.

As I mentioned, I tried to refresh and reinstall Firefox and it did not solve the problem (there are no plugins after these procedures). I tried to turn all "ad-ons" to "never activate" as well. I'm not sure what do you mean in "extensions". In Firefox there are plugins or ad-ons. The problem does not exist in my profile in another computer, so apparently my profile is not the problem. Regarding the video card, I tried to update it through device manager, but it claims that there are no further updates. If there is an update for my video card, should be a problem in another browser as well, am I right? Because there is not. Need to know if there is another different between normal mode to safe mode besides the "extensions"...

If there is no Extensions then why worry : https://mozilla.github.io/extension-finder/

Update your Video Card Drivers and no.
