Hi, I would guess you are taking about your Firefox Account and Sync. We do not have your password. You do. If you have lost your password you may find info in some URL's to help you. Firefox Volunteer Support has no access to Sync or anything to do with Sync other than provide information. Your data maybe lost and you may have to create a new email address and make another account. As I do not use this I do not know for sure.

This is all I have on Sync :

There is contact info in this and yes do have to create a account and wait : https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/forum-response-firefox-sync-verification-email-faq Firefox Support has nothing to do with this, make a account as instructed at bottom of the above URL.
