I use Firefox as my default browser on my android phone. I noticed that there are some favorites folders that are missing and never sync from my laptop. If I try to manually sync it says it does it but it never updates nor displays an error. Also when I go to sync settings it says Firefox Sync depreciated???

HI jmk909er, The Firefox Sync Deprecated account is the old sync account. In version 29 there was an update to a new account and it will not prompt you to set up a new one. If you are still using a recovery key on your laptop then they are the same.

If there are issues with specific folders not syncing on the old sync the troubleshooting steps to find error in the logs is the same on the old and the new sync. 1.0 v.s 2.0.

Please check out the new sync, this will help create a new account: Sync your Firefox bookmarks, history, passwords and more

I hope this helps.
