Dear Mozilla Support,

I am experiencing an issue with Firefox when trying to log in to my company’s intranet (Bravida Sverige AB). The login process requires authentication via Microsoft Authenticator. However, every time I close and reopen Firefox, I am prompted to log in again.

According to the support team at my company, this behavior is not expected. When using Google Chrome, I remain logged in even after restarting the browser, but this is not the case with Firefox.

Could you please help me troubleshoot this issue? I suspect it might be related to session management or browser settings, but I’m unsure how to resolve it. I have re installed mozilla firefox.

Thank you in advance for your assistance!

Best regards, Björn
