How can I refresh what I am viewing?

I am trying to refresh a website and I can't until I clear the recent history. Is there a way to refresh a website without doing this? Even when I clear the recent history it is not refreshing every page on the website I am on. Thanks, Lynn Rae

Firefox's cache can hold on to style sheets, scripts, and images for long periods of time. Depending on your "Clear Recent History" settings, you might be missing something.

You can completely empty the cache here:

orange Firefox button or Tools menu > Options > Advanced

On the Network mini-tab > Offline Storage : "Clear Now"

To reload the current page without using cached files, try Ctrl+Shift+r.
