With the last couple of updates to Firefox (now running v133) on Windows 10 I noticed that there is a new search bar that overwrites the tabs on top of the Firefox window when I click into the URL bar, which is set up to be used for search. This began to happen recently but I'd like to know how to configure Firefox to do search like it used to, in the URL bar not a new search bar, and disable this new search bar that disorients me when it pops up and disappears.

안녕하세요. 한글사이트(네이버 등등)에 글을 쓰다보면 글의 띄워쓰기 간격이 갑자기 이상해집니다. 정상일때보다 훨씬 간격이 넓어지는데, 이때 메뉴에 있는 "깨진 사이트 신고"를 한번 들어갔다가 나오면 정상적으로 동작합니다. 이게 영어와 달리 한글 사이트만 이상한건지는 모르겠습니다. 한글 사이트 최적화에 좀더 검토를 부탁드립니다.

I'm not sure what exactly caused this. Normally when i opened history page by ctrl + h, the page popped on the left side, but suddenly it's on the right side which is annoying. i couldn't find the solution for this and i don't change any setting on about:config or anything like that while searching. I also attached a screenshot example.

I have poor vision and have enlarge text with Ctrl + and when I put in text in the search box, the text move to the small address bar, and I can't see what I type :( . Can I stop this unneccssary behavior?

All of a sudden every time I open Firefox the bookmarks sidebar shows up opened. I do not want it to "always" open. In the past this never happened. How can I make it so this is not the case? I did try different things I found by Googling it. But nothing seems to work. thanks.

For some time now, Firefox (the desktop version) has included a "recent browsing" section, which can be seen in the tab list before the open tabs. I would love to use it more, but moving the mouse to the corner every time to click it is a little irritating, and I would love a keyboard shortcut or the ability to set one (Alt+0 sounds very logical in particular - seeing as how Alt+[1-9] already takes me to a tab of corresponding number).

Can I set such a shortcut somehow or does it exist and I missed it?

As stated I can't click/drag or resize browser windows. I'm running windows 7. I've already tried safe mode, refreshing, and just running the installer for the previous version, all didn't change anything.

I want to be able to see the full text of my specific bookmark. My bookmark says "First National Bank of Huntsville". At present, it shows "First National Bank of..." Is there a way to do this?

I've downloaded Firefox on a new computer. Following step #1, there is not green "download as" button so I can't proceed with the installation. Is a "donation" required before installation can be completed. If so, no problem. Kindly advise what I'm doing wrong.

I've finally been able to get my Bookmarks Toolbar active and add what I wish to add but I cannot REMOVE a few of the sites on that toolbar. One is Your Getting Started and the other belongs to Dell. No matter what I do I cannot delete them or move them elsewhere. Can you help. Windows 11. I also need to know what happens to the overflow...do they continue on that line or do they go elsewhere. I don't use folders but have tried to move the sites I mentioned to no avail."

I have several browser windows open at any given time, some have been shrunk - like Pandora, which only shows the main streaming controls [play, pause, next, like, dislike, repeat, ... ]. The problem is that when I ask FireFox to create / spawn a new window, it opens at the size of what ever the last window I was viewing. This could the the size I want, or too large, or too small. I would like an open to lock the default new window size in. It would be nice to do this per site, but I'm not going to ask for that power .. yet! =)
