I want the Firefox opening pageI had earlier today. I want the complete removal of ASK

I inadvertently hit something and immediately ASK replaced my Firefox page with all my bookmarks etc. I have Kapersky and therefore I do not want to download a Malewhere programme that I do not trust anyway. If I cannot quickly remove ASK , than i will have to uninstall Firefox.

Hi, please try working through Remove Ask Toolbar and Ask.com Search by Malware Tips - the article is a little old so you may have to improvise!

Note that not all removal programs will detect all malware, so you may need to run several or all of them.

After removal you may need to reset your home page and search, which you can do by running the add-on SearchReset.
