Firefox 130.0.1 Hangs

For the past two days Firefox 130.0.1 64bit has been hanging up on the Wall St Journal web site a couple of times a day. Mouse clicks won't work on the web page, but still do up on the tab areas. Not so coincidentally this is when Firefox updated itself to this version. Closing FF and restarting it is the only solution I've found.

I don't find any simple way to roll back to the prior version though (whatever that was) to verify the problem. The website wants me to select from a thousand versions, download, screw around with FTP, etc. Obvious process for developers perhaps, but for common users not so much.

Is there a simple way to tell my FF installation to just roll back to where it was?
