je ne peux plus accéder à mes mails sur le site Swisscom... Swisscom m'indique que le problème viendrait de Firefox ? Pouvez vous résoudre ce problème Merci

The UI font on Firefox UI appears to be corrupted. See screenshots attached.

The app was installed recently and not used much. When I launched it today the font appears like this. No other apps are affected.

I only have a handful of custom fonts and none overwrite any system fonts.

The video from certain sites(not one, but multiple ones) plays as gibberish. Attached a sample from amazon prime. Tried the following

• System restart
• Bios/Firmware update
• Display driver update
• Windows refresh

The issue seems very much localized to Firefox and not seen in any other browsers.

Hi, I have 32 gb of memory in my system and I'm having an issue where firefox is taking up most of it but only reporting 1 or 2 gb in task manager. Im using the windows powershell command Get-Process | Sort-Object -Descending WS | select -first 1 | select -ExpandProperty ProcessName to find whats using the most memory and its listing firefox, heres a screenshot showing the issue.

About a week ago I started getting the never-ending spinning wheel of doom as Firefox tried to log me in to my account with The Guardian newspaper. My password and username have not changed in years. Can log on via iphone and iPad without a problem and also using thew same username/password combination on other desktop browsers so problem seems to be only with Firefox. Have done all the usual cache clearing etc. Would a recent upgrade have affected this?

How do I get rid of old email addresses showing in the dropdown prompt box when I'm signing on to a site? The old address/password combos have been deleted in my password manager, and I haven't figured out how to get rid of them at the login point.

I've downloaded Firefox on a new computer. Following step #1, there is not green "download as" button so I can't proceed with the installation. Is a "donation" required before installation can be completed. If so, no problem. Kindly advise what I'm doing wrong.

I've finally been able to get my Bookmarks Toolbar active and add what I wish to add but I cannot REMOVE a few of the sites on that toolbar. One is Your Getting Started and the other belongs to Dell. No matter what I do I cannot delete them or move them elsewhere. Can you help. Windows 11. I also need to know what happens to the overflow...do they continue on that line or do they go elsewhere. I don't use folders but have tried to move the sites I mentioned to no avail."

Hello, I've been having trouble logging into some websites like Reddit and Instagram. I don't know why this happens but it keeps telling me that my password or my username is incorrect even though they aren't because they work on any other browser and my phone too. It's really frustrating because I have to switch browsers everytime this happens, is there any fix for this type of problem?

Hi My normally excellent Firefox on Windows 10 has suddenly become unworkable,with the "Gah Tab Crash" message now coming up almost constantly. I have tried opening the browser in safe mode but to no avail. Any suggestions to travellinbilly@gmail.com. Fingers crossed.

There is a similar (but not identical) topic on Mozilla Connect , and I posted there. But I did not get a response. So I am re-posting on this new topic on Mozilla Support. I have a similar problem to what was discussed on Connect. I am using Firefox 133.0.3 on Windows 10 Professional. After Firefox has been running for a while, I get a message from Windows 10 that the free space on my C:drive is low. I did a directory listing on my C-drive before and after Exiting Firefox; I saw no large files disappearing. Then I decided to do "dir c:\ /ah" to see hidden files. What I saw was that pagefile.sys decreased in size from 29,925,748,736 to 16,270,770,176. This was a decrease of 13.7 Gb. Is this normal? I have lots of windows and tabs open in Firefox. Thanks.
