I’m having trouble adding pages to bookmarks using Firefox IOS on an iPad. In short, I’m supposed to open the menu bar top right and tap ‘add’ next to bookmarks. Simple. But almost (but not quite every) time I try, there’s no ‘add’, only the bookmark star, which brings up previous bookmarks but doesn't have any way of adding a new bookmark. When I tap ‘done’ the bookmark list closes, but nothing has been added. This is becoming so annoying I’m about to give up on Firefox entirely.

iOS 15.8.3, FF Version 133.2.

A couple of months ago I started having a bunch of issues with the iOS app simultaneously. First I couldn't get my tabs to sync. Then I signed out and had a hard time signing back in-- it just wouldn't work. Now I am finally signed in, but the app isn't working like it used to. I haven't been able to sync tabs since then now matter how many times I try. It still shows tabs for stuff I read months ago. I can't send tabs from desktop to my phone (but I can send from my phone to desktop with no issues). Finally, the tabs are all weird now-- they are huge (see pic).

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling 20 or 30 times. I'm considering going back to Safari because the main reason I use Firefox is for phone/desktop connectivity and it just isn't working anymore. Any ideas?

I would like to customize the menu so favorite items are on the first menu page. The new simplified menu is less convenient when the option I use most – Share – is now on a secondary menu page.

When I pull upwards on the bottom of my screen to scroll between/close apps while in landscape mode (such as watching a video or playing an app), if Firefox is open it will show me a preview of a video that I watched a while ago (and in a private browser, as I do most of my internet usage in the private browser). Why is it doing this? I've since watched other videos, and yet it still shows the preview of a video from several weeks, if not months ago. I'd like it to not do this. It's a bit annoying seeing this glitch (or occurrence, however it may be categorized) so often when I'm long since watched other things. It's only occurring when in landscape mode as well.

I don’t know how it happened but I can no longer type into the url/search box in Chinese when using the ios app. I’m having to type out everything in a notepad app and copy paste into Firefox which is becoming tedious. Switching to the English keyboard works, it just Chinese keyboard that’s blocked. I can’t find how to fix this in settings. Please help!

How do I make Firefox remember each time when I launched a new browsing session in iOS? It won't stay full screen/maximum window. Looked thru settings in Firefox and it's not there.
