I recently updated my system and it removed the toolbar at the top of the page. Please tell me how I can return my bookmarks up top. I like that better than having to open up a side bar and search for them.

I read some old information on doing it but it didn't help. So please give me some simple steps in order to do to return my toolbar back to the top of the page. PS. Please when you give us an update is there anyway to keep the system from changing these things. It really irks me.
