Unable to clear the cookie banner on the nsandi website despite which option I press

more options

Trying to use the nsandi website. Their cookie option creates a banner across the screen. Usual options - edit/accept all/reject all But no matter which button I press, the banner doesn't go away, so am unable to access the site as it is greyed off.

I don't have the problem with other websites, nor when I tried this website on my phone which uses a different browser. I'm not technical so haven't a clue why this is happening. Would be grateful for suggestions. Thank you

J

It works for me, even with cookies disabled.

Does it still happen in Troubleshoot Mode?

Thank you so much for your reply.

I've just looked up troubleshoot mode and being non technical, it looks far too scarey for me to muck about with! I've found a direct link to their log in page which seems to avoid the problem I experience with their home page. I also (and I'll whisper this!) tried the other browser on my laptop and I don't have the problem with that. So on the rare occasions I need to access this site, I'll use one of those options.

Thanks again

Jan
