I have Windows 10 and Firefox 93. Chase Bank says there is something wrong with my browser, and wants me do switch to Chrome. What else can I do (besides changing banks)? I have no problems with any other site, including other banks.

Note: Your User Agent shows: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:93.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/93.0/ophPYJ0s-23

Note the junk at the end.

Do you have enabled "Resist Fingerprinting" if you check ‘’’Resist Fingerprinting’’’ on the ‘’’about:config’’’ page as this affects the user agent?

’’’Avast AntiTrack’’’ is also known to cause this issue.
