Hello. I have purchased Nokia 5233. I am a Firefox user since 4 years. But, for my mobile, i am unable to find the right version to install. I use internet on my mobile. Many times i had tries to install different versions on my Symbian Device, but it says that the version is incompatible. So, I have got no option except waiting your reply.

Thanks!

To add to above reply. Mozilla is only really supporting Android 2.1 with ARMv7 cpus now with the mobile Firefox. Also the Nokia 5233 phone has a older ARMv6 type of cpu so even if it had Android 2.1+ the mobile Firefox would not work.

Nokia is also slowly moving on to Windows Phone 7 platform in their alliance with Microsoft and will still retain Symbian for use in many mid-to-low-end devices in meantime. Nokia has also layed off a lot of employees already or in near future who works on Symbian and MeeGo projects and transfer about 3,000 employees to Accenture who will provide Symbian software development and support to Nokia until symbian is made extinct.

Symbian
We currently have no plans to develop a full Firefox browser for the Symbian platform. See Mobile/Symbian for notes from an inactive project to port Firefox to Symbian. However, a future version of Firefox Home may be available for Symbian.
