Unable to retrieve or change password for bug report. Embedded youtube videos show in all browsers BUT firefox.

When I embed youtube videos on our website, they play in all other browsers (Safari,Chrome, Edge, IE, etc., but NOT Firefox. Need to fix this since Firefox is my chosen Default Browser and also that of many of my friends, but neither I nor they can see embedded youtube videos using it. See image below of same message always shows up when YouTube embedded video won't show - but same video on other browsers works perfectly!

Also misplaced my user name and password (Firefox "lost" it, too!) for bug reporting. Have few other issues, for which cannot find answers in your suggested solutions, but have not filed bugs for about five or more years. You should have way on bug report login page to recover your account's data: PW and Username, for instance. Thanks!
