trusted sites
The problem of GST ( INDIA ) SITE not solved . https://www.gst.gov.in/ The mozilla is not working and more and more customers are going due to this for the other browser .. Do something to Insert the certificate for this site https://127.0.0.1:1585 permanently . It is the national govt site How it can be non trusted . Accept the site as trusted so that all the users would use this . The problem with the mozilla is whenever the site is inserting certificate by add exceptions by us and again next time when we open the browser same cerificate it is not working . It has to be added again by removing the previous stored cerificate one on this very very important site Just check the traffic on this site .

refers to your own computer (127.0.0.1 is the "loopback" address).
How did that get associated with the government site?
Anyway, the only sites I can access on the gst.gov.in domain relate to a tutorial -- these are the links in Google: https://www.google.co.in/search?q=site%3Agst.gov.in
Those seem to have a valid certificate for me.
this is not the solution but only complicating the problem see the users are non technical traders and want to use emsigner for digital cerificate just make it easy to use by inserting the proper certificate thats all check the GST SITE OF INDIA GOVT And try to register DSC then you will come to know How mozilla is troubling the user by not accepting the cerificate from emsigner . it is on port 1585 this is major discussions among the net users across India
