Hi all. I have been using firefox with ubuntu 22.04 for about since when ubuntu 22.04 was released (2022).
On firefox, I usually use the nordpass and tab grouping extensions. For the third or fourth time in a row, firefox has simply vanished from my system from day to night.
I click the icon and nothing happens. I try typing "firefox" in the terminal and get

Even if I accept the bizarreness of snap simply deciding from one day to another that I don't have this package (or did I never have it and never needed it in the first place?) and try "snap install firefox" I get:

After reading the result of "snap refresh help" I decided to "snap refresh" to update all of it's packages. Still, "snap install firefox" and "firefox" keep giving me the same result.

It is listed as my default browser in : (1) in the browser itself under Settings, and in (2) Windows Settings / Default Apps. How can I get rid of this reminder screen every time I log into my computer?

For several days I'm not able to log in at Facebook. Without login I can easily open Facebook from results via Google searches. The problem are seen when I try to log in using latest Firefox. Can log in via Chrome and Edge. Tried to disable all extensions but the problem persist. Using Samsung Browser in tablet works fine as well.

Firefox (on one of my Windows computers) has begun hanging up during loading of video articles (such as news services, CNN, CBC, etc.). If I refresh page the video article will occasionally load. Often not. Have uninstalled Firefox and reinstalled. Did not help. Have another Windows laptop and there is no problem loading video content on that device. In addition occasionally Firefox will hang up just loading an assortment of websites, though this does not occur with the regularity of the non-load of individual video news articles. I just realized it does not occur in Chrome, as far as I can tell. The Chrome search does not show the AI indicator on top.
The best you get is an occasional slight single jumping motion with a mouse wheel scroll anywhere withing the boundaries of that straight line just below the search field, the straight line below "Show More", and the inner border of the scroll bar
