Hello, A couple of months ago, I believe there was an update completed on Firefox and after that, I lost all of my bookmarks. I've since created a few, but the majority are gone. Is there any way to retrieve the bookmarks?

I signed in to be sure to save my bookmarks and i lost them instead. When i hit sync, i wanted to backup my current bookmarks. Instead, I lost them. It reverted to the old bookmarks i had a few weeks ago. I lost all of my bookmarks from the last few weeks. HELP!
