Hi My Thunderbird email account has stopped receiving emails. I've just noticed no emails have come in in the last 6 days. I tried to send myself an email (from another account) which confirmed it wasn't working. I have unlimited storage so it's not a storage issue. Can you help me solve the problem? Thank you Anna

Good morning, I have a problem with my inbox, because after a week Thunderbird deletes my messages on other computers, it works fine, I don't have a pop account, I only have an imap account, I don't have archiving enabled, I don't have any rules, the account has been reconfigured several times, I could find out how to fix it?

Gibt es evtl. spezielle Anforderungen zum Passwort oder muss ich hier evtl. eines der angelegten eMail-Accounts benutzen?

Komme hier leider nicht weiter, danke für Eure Hilfe

The grouped folder (e.g. Inbox) correctly appears in the list of favourites. But soon after it disappears until you uncheck end re-check it to be a favourite via its context menu.

Now I get an error message "The import failed unexpectedly. More information in the error console" There are no additional informations about this error. How can I fix this problem?

Hello, I just got a "forced" update of Thunderbird. Thereafter it refuses to start, giving me the error: "Error Platformversion '128.4.0' is not compatible with minVersion >= 128.3.1 maxVersion 128.3.1" (see attached image). I was working on figuring out an imap timeout problem (previous forum question) when I accidentally deleted the Inbox folder. No problem, I thought, cuze imap protocol will recreate that folder when thunderbird restarts. Problem is, it did, but after a period of time (10-15 mins) the Inbox and Trash (which I didn't delete) disappear. Nothing I do seems to recreate them. Message Synchronizing is on and Inbox & Trash are checked. Doesn't matter if unread emails are in there. When I restart thunderbird Inbox and Trash are back but then disappear.

Hello, I use Thunderbird offline quite a bit as I don't always have access to internet. For emails, Thunderbird works wonderfully, thank you very much! For RSS feeds, I can read the Summary of articles offline but not the full article, as I have to use the webview. On my phone, I have Feeder Android app that gives an option to "fecth full articles", I can then read the whole article offline.

Is it possible to do this with Thunderbird?

ever since your last software upgrade, my Thunderbird acct has not allowed me to login. I keep getting message " Sending username did not succeed mail server mail.twc.com responded invalid username or password" for ‘Thunderbird’ I do not know how to reset my account. I have over 150 addresses I can't retrieve. I know there is no one to speak with, but I have no idea how to proceed. I have looked at "saved passwords" and there aren't any on the list.
