  2. Scroll down and click (or tap) Get Help.
  3. Click (or tap) Contact us.
  4. Fill out the form with your request by completing the following fields:
    1. Enter Refund Request in the Subject (optional) field.
    2. Explain why you are requesting a refund in the Description of issue field.
  5. Click (or tap) the Send button.

  1. Visit the Mozilla VPN support Knowledge base and click Get support in the banner that appears at the bottom of the page.

  3. You'll be prompted to sign in with your Mozilla account to be able to contact support or request a refund.
  4. Fill in the Contact Support form.
  5. Under What do you need help with?, select Payments & Billing.
  6. Enter Refund Request in the Subject field.
  7. Click Submit.
