I would like to play Amazon video with Firefox on my new laptop computer. Firefox version, plugins and settings on the new one are identical to those on my old computer, which plays Amazon videos just fine. Both are running Windows 7, Only difference is the new one is a Lenovo and the old one is a Dell. Don't understand why it says there is a digital rights error on the new computer and won't play the videos. Thanks. Steve

Firefox should automatically download a plugin called Widevine when you access video that has DRM protection. More info in this article: Watch DRM content on Firefox. Some users see a message indicating Firefox is going to install Widevine but it never actually works. To be honest, I've been skipping over those threads, so I don't know the workaround for that, if that is the situation you have.
