Unlike Google that has access to an instant translation service, Mozilla does not quite have that ability in place to be able to translate websites on the fly and build it in the Firefox. That said, you should be able to get Firefox for Android in your language as it should match that used by your Android device and from there use it to browse websites and translation servcies as required.
