Im unable to load any local LAN website from phone over wifi if internet not available. for example connecting to my router via wifi when net is down to troubleshoot. Im a technician and need to be able to access sites on LAN with no internet.

I am running Firefox version 131.0.1 on an Android Version 14 tablet and am experiencing an intermittent scrolling problem. We use the tablet to primarily read articles from our local newspaper online. About a third of the time, when we open a new page or article to read, we are unable to use the touchscreen or mouse to scroll down. When we try to do so, the page or article will immediately return back to the top of the page or article, when for example we remove our finger from the touchscreen, which prevents us from reading anything below what is shown from the top of the page or article.

Sometimes, but not always, we can restore the proper scrolling behavior by reloading the page or by opening and closing a particular article, but we don't have a reliable workaround.

Any ideas on how to fix this rather annoying problem? Many thanks in advance from my wife and myself for all suggestions.

This happened to me multiple times, and although it doesn't happen every time when it does I have no idea what lead to it except this happens on websites with a lot of images such as web comics or even something like YT with its thumbnails.

Suddenly, the scrolling feels very choppy and laggy, as if it was running at a much lower frame rate. I can tell the difference easily as I use a phone with a screen with 120hz refresh rate.

I managed to fix it last time by going through the settings, and toggling on and off everything I could. And I have no idea what exactly fixed it.

Turning off all the add ons does nothing.

whenever I open zoom recordings in Firefox sometime it shows that "the media playback is aborted due to corruption problem or the media used features did not support the browser"
