That is a known problem in the current Firefox release and will be fixed in Firefox 45 (currently beta) to be released next month. This is caused by Firefox placing this content on the clipboard as Unicode and Corel Draw is an older application that isn't Unicode aware and thus pasting isn't working. A possible workaround is to do a paste and copy in another application (editor) to fix the clipboard and then paste it in Corel Draw.
