Users internet request is being redirected by load balancer to Blue Coat proxy. Blue Coat proxy is integrated with Domain controller for authentication. Users on Windows environment is working fine. Domain Users for WINDOWS are transparently accessing internet without prompted for authentication.

We have made following changes for Mozilla Firefox Windows environment : 1. Type about:config in URL bar 2. In search bar type any part of the item you are looking for (ntlm or Negotiate) (network.automatic-ntlm-auth.trusted-uris authhost1, authhost2) 3. Click on the item you want to change. (Or double click if it is a boolean, to change it) 4. Change the value in the pop up. (set Blue Coat proxy IPs) 5. Click OK

It is observed that authentication prompt is displayed for MAC users only. Kindly advice how to address this issue, your immediate reply is highly appreciated.
