Major lag on the first start of firefox on a session, after that it runs well

I first noticed this issue on "Zen Browser" which is based on firefox source code, but some time after i re-installed Firefox and noticed the issue was on Firefox, like, literally the same lag that happened on Zen was happening on Firefox. I tried deleting the .mozilla(.zen for Zen) and still nothing. i did noticed some things:

- When i start Firefox on safe mode, the lag doesn't happen
- On my brother user on the PC, the lag simply didn't happen
- When the lag is happening, the disk reading goes REALLY high:

I'll put a screenshot of the disk reading usage, even if it's on Zen executable, remember that the same issue is also happening on Firefox (and was where i noticed the disk usage thing)
