I had a computer crash recently and my calendar won't save a new entry (and has no entries). How do I remove and reinstall (refresh) the calendar? Thanks for any help. My Thunderbird is 128.4.4esr (64-bit). My OS is Ubuntu 24.04.1

I have to use ctrl - many time to see everything on my screen. I promise, I didn't change anything, just updated. I'm not super literate about things like this and my IT husband has gone onto his next adventure. I'm hoping for a simple fix. Thanks.

Je peux faire fonctionner Microsoft Outlook, mais pas Thunderbird avec Windows 11 pourquoi? J'ai fait toutes les paramètres mise par défaut, ainsi que mail to.

Toutes mes choses sont dans Thunderbird et je l'aime plus que tout (connait plus). J'aimerais beaucoup si vous pourriez m'aider, je vous en remercie à l'avance.

Back in September, 2024, Microsoft Outlook no longer accepted my long-used login information via Thunderbird. I could still log in to https://outlook.live.com/owa/?realm=hotmail.com from the Firefox browser. I tried adjusting Account Settings (e.g. Server Name, Server Type [POP], Security/Authentication, etc. to no avail. I downloaded the current version of Thunderbird (128?) and tried installing per directions found here. Tried using the Flatpak path. The direct Command Line path yielded the same result.

On edit: Did what I hoping to avoid and deleted Thunderbird and all of the Thunderbird related files in the Linux home directory. Then installed a current version of Thunderbird and imported email stuff from an earlier backup. It works but now I have two renditions of Thunderbird running simultaneously.

M2 Mac Mini 2023 running MacOS Sequoia 15.2. Firefox will not open after upgrading to MacOS 15.2. Searching online both Mozilla and Apple recommend uninstalling Firefox by dragging the app to the Trash and reinstalling. However, the Mac won't allow me to drag Firefox to the Trash. There are no Firefox processes running in Activity Monitor and the Firewall is turned off. Also, I'm unable to start Firefox in safe mode. I deleted the Library folder in Application Support for Firefox and still can't open the app or uninstall it. If I attempt to install a new copy of Firefox over the existing app I get the error message shown in the screenshot below. Can anyone suggest how to fix this?

Hello, I accidentally deleted a software-related folder under ProgramData in the C drive（which is shown in the picture）. Is this folder important? Will my deletion damage the software? Do I need to reinstall the software to avoid potential errors? Thank you~

I am supposed to be on the esr release program, but today I was automatically updated to beta release 133.0. This is the second time this happened. Thunderbird shows a red screen, and recommends I install the last stable release, 128.5.0esr, which is what I want to do. But the last time, when I tried to go back to a stable release, it then wouldn't let me do that because it says the profile may no longer be compatible. I solved it painfully using timemachine backups of older profiles.

What is the simplest, safest way to downgrade, now that I am in this situation? And why is this happening?

Hallo, I have installed the "Thunderbird " app on my smartphone as I already have this programme on my PC. Now I want to export the dat, but I get a message described above

I have now entered all possible variations of passwords, but nothing fits. I have signed in to Microsoft, can still access my account, but no longer use it. This password is not accepted either. So I can`t create the QR code.

I had the option of Chinese -TW language installed in previous versions of TB. Previously the Main menu usually displayed in English. However, after updating to current 128.5.2 esr, the menu labels change to Chinese. I'd like to have the menu displayed in English again. Thank you.

I can not use firefox. However, when I try to uninstall it and then re-install, I get stopped at the uninstall step. An alert message says it can not find .... point
