Greetings,

I experience repeated crashes of Firefox 45.0 about 5-10 minutes after starting it. I have visited the support page https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/firefox-crashes-troubleshoot-prevent-and-get-help#w_get-help-fixing-this-crash and followed the procedure described. The crash still happens in safe mode, and I didn't find any related thread in the Hot Topics sections. Then I have followed the steps in the section called "Get help fixing this crash"

The latest crash report ID is bp-aec6c7c1-0808-47cc-9ed8-32c352160314

Thank you in advance to anyone who might help with this.

Regards, Guillaume

I'm having the same problem, and if you look around on here a few others are too though it doesn't seem to be an epidemic. The problem is Trusteer Rapport - if you go to the start menu then to trusteer endpoint protection, if you click stop trusteer endpoint protection and restart Firefox you'll find that everything is fine. I've reported it to the Rapport support people and they're trying to figure it out. Hopefully a fix will come through soon.

spike95609 thank you for your reply. Indeed, I checked the forum and figured out that several Firefox users had similar issues caused by Trusteer Rapport. I visited their webpage, and they claim that it is now compatible with Firefox 45.0: http://www.trusteer.com/en/support/latest-updates I have upgraded Rapport to the latest version, and will see if this problem is fixed.
