Thunderbird is email client software running on your computer. There are no Thunderbird accounts to block. Email accounts come from email providers as does your emails. Messages have to make it to your providers server before Thunderbird can download or display them. Have you checked your account at your providers webmail site and see if the messages are there? Are they in a Spam folder?
