Yes, and no, respectively.

Mozilla stopped providing newsgroups and most mailing lists. support-thunderbird was a mailing list which essentially mirrored mozilla.support.thunderbird which is gone and so support-thunderbird is gone as well.

https://support.mozilla.org/ is the official support venue for Thunderbird.

Mozilla stopped providing newsgroups and most mailing lists. support-thunderbird was a mailing list which essentially mirrored mozilla.support.thunderbird which is gone and so support-thunderbird is gone as well.
