In Our office, We are using Squid proxy server to block downloads from all the sites. Now, We would like to allow firefox updates (auto). So we would like to know the url & port used by firefox for downloading the auto update.

Thanks in advance.

hello, the update server is currently hosted at https://aus4.mozilla.org - inspecting across various channels the update packages themselves are downloaded from different servers (like download.mozilla.org or download.cdn.mozilla.net)... as this might be subject to change it would probably be safest if you could generally whitelist mozilla's TLDs (.org, .net, .com)
