I want to insert a picture in my signature, but doesn't get the option 'insert image' as mentioned in the manual. What's going wrong?

Chosen solution

It's easier to insert an image in a signature if you create the signature with the TB message composer, i.e. enter the signature in a new message, save the message as an html file, then check the box 'Bruk yn stee...' in Account Settings. However, if you wish to enter the html directly in the settings, first create the signature in the message composer, with inserted images, then select the entire message (Ctrl+A), then Insert/HTML..., then copy all the html code, then paste it into the settings box.

It sounds like you're creating the signature in the plain-text message composer. See this section for how to create an HTML signature.
