I received a pop-up message that had the Norton logo in the corner that says: An internet connection is required. Please make sure your computer is connected to the internet, then click Sign Up Now. I did not click the button because I am leery about all messages, but when I checked my pc security settings, it says Windows Defender and Norton Security Suite are turned off. What should I do? Thank you. Diane

Hi, I'm afraid this isn't really a question for Mozilla Support as it's in respect of your computer. However just to point you in the right direction: Defender would have come with your PC, and Norton Security Suite, should have either been installed by you, or may have been pre-installed on your PC. Looking in Programs for the installation date may help you to make sure that it is genuine, then if you are satisfied, you should be able to enable them from the Action Centre.

Hope that is of some help.
