How can I get Firefox 49 to restart asking me to allow Flash again. I goofed and selected no and now it won't forget and start asking again. Reboot didn't helpt

Flash is in the ASK to Activate Mode which works fine but today I goofed. When Firefox asked if I wanted to activate, I selected the NO box by mistake. Now when I try to go to KVI.com/listen, Firefox no longer ask the question and KCI.com/listen no longer works. To help Firefox to forget my mistake, I rebooted and did a system restore which did not make Firefox to ask the question, Firefox is still in the Ask to Activate mode. Thanks, DTut

I tried Ask to Activate and Use Default modes in the Page Info-permissions section. Neither worked. Firefox still will not ask to activate Flash. It ask for other websites. I also tried removing my cookies for KVI.com. That did not work either.
