Firefox crashes whenever I try to play an embedded video. The page loads with no problem. When I click on the play button, Firefox freezes and will not respond. Just read and saw that this is called a hangup not a crash

Brian,

Can you give me the crash id by going to Start--and type in the search field of the Windows 7 menu, type

"%APPDATA%" without quotes then press enter.

It should say Roaming when you type in %APPDATA%

After you click on Roaming go to mozilla/Firefox/Crash Reports/Submitted

There should be a .txt files. Open the first one then copy and paste the crash id which begins with bp-xxxx.

Thanks, Moses Firefox Support

Hi Moses, After ready further it's not crashing but freezing up so it doesn't leave a crash ID. I checked. The last crash ID I have is from a year ago.

Can you give me the crash id from a year ago? It would really help with solving your problem.
