firefox 6.0.2 crashing all the time after update

Just started a few days ago. Firefox will just crash randomly all the time happens at least every 1 hour I am on the computer sometimes more than 4 times an hour. I have not added anything new as far as plug ins in months and everything worked fine until a few days ago.
